it's been a while.
I'm still around, though i must say it's been far too long since my last update, so i'll make it a good one later tonight when I'm not pressed for time. for now, let's just say that things have been up and down, mostly up, but school is back in session. I'm back at Michigan for my final year in architecture and am still doing marching band.
But for now, laundry is calling. how are you doing?

i'm still alive, i promise.
things are going well in general - only 1 1/2 weeks left, and classes are quickly winding down. final exams, final reviews - it's all happening, and it's all happening fast.
things are going well with helena. very well. :) can't wait until summer vacation so that i can see her on a more regular basis. going home sounds good in general - i can take the skills and knowledge i've learned over the past year and apply it to my home to help improve things. looking forward to some hard physical labor, reshaping the yard.
slept from 6 in the afternoon to 2 in the morning, and i've been up since typing away at my history final paper that's due later today. which i should complete now. so i'm going to get back to that - i'll come back with more later when i get a chance. i have a lot of stuff going on in my life right now and it's all kind of cool :)

i'm just packing to go back home, after a long days sleep. I woke up today at 3, and I've been dinking around on the computer since I got up.

what better way to celebrate going to bed at 6:30 and waking up at 1:00 than making a 12-cup pot of coffee, and potentially drinking all of it?
i can't think of anything better i'd rather do with my time than sit here in my computer chair, tweaked out and twitchy, wondering why the world is standing still.

geh, why can't i ever wake up when I plan on it the night before...
off to class - i have nothing for studio today except what I mapped out yesterday (I mapped out the locations to every storm drain I saw in what was about a half mile radius in hilly terrain with a heavy bag...i was tired), so maybe I can get some computer drawings done before class really quick. I just was trying to think of a way to represent storm drains...that's not a little box. XD
anyway, gotta get around. c-ya!

Hokai, so.
Howdy y'all, good to be here. I'm a migrant journaler from the far away land of Greatest Journal, making my new name here in light of GJ's catastrophic database failure.
I guess since this is a new journal, no one really knows about it - therefore, friends only seems a touch on the silly side at this point.
So, feel free to delve - I'd love to back up and import all my previous journal entries, but alas, I'm a) unsure it's possible, b) in no mood to do it, and c) haven't gotten the hang of this site yet.
Maybe later. Meh.
